In these challenging times, the safety of learners and staff is our highest priority. We are therefore introducing a range of measures to protect every member of the learning community at Gearies. These include strict limits on class sizes to ensure social distancing can be maintained within classrooms. There will also be additional procedures and limitations around the use of entrances and exits, corridors and other public areas.

How will the course benefit me?
This course will teach you further advanced techniques of bridal makeup. You can use this professionally in the beauty industry as well as for personal use.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not an accredited course.

What will I learn?
The following topics will be covered during the course:
- In depth skincare
- Contouring and baking
- Various different eye looks for different eye shapes and features
- Creating block eyebrows
- Winged eyeliner (thin and thick)
- Smoky winged eyeliner look
- Using different eye shadow colours for various eye colours
- Colour correctig
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Recognise different skin types
- Understand how to ceate bolder eye looks
- Select different products and understand their purpose
- Understand which tool to use

Assessment / Exam
Observation, question and answers, discussion. An Individual Learning Plan will help you monitor your progress and reach your target.

Entry Requirements
This course if for anyone who wants to learn more advanced skills and techniques of makeup. It could be a beginner or someone who has already done a makeup course or has knowledge about makeup already.
You do NOT have to have done our basic Asian Bridal Make-Up course to do this one.

Additional Material Cost
You MUST bring along a make-up and skin care kit. A list of products will be sent out about a week before the course start date. The kit will cost approximately £25, depending on your personal choice of products.

Health & Safety
You will need to follow the tutor’s instructions on health & safety procedures and keep the tutor up-to-date with any health concerns or conditions.
