What will I learn?
You will learn about common barriers to self-confidence and how specific techniques can help you overcome these barriers. You will learn about healthy coping strategies and how to respond to setbacks, criticisms and challenges without losing confidence in yourself. Learn about positive thinking and develop techniques to approach work and personal life with greater confidence in your own abilities.

Entry Requirements
This course is open to anybody who wishes to improve their self confidence. You need to be willing to reflect (ie. think about and explore aspects of your own thinking and behaviour) and to engage in individual, pair and group activities.

Assessment / Exam
The tutor will help you set personal learning goals at the start of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress during the course. Achievement will be assessed against the learning outcomes at the end of the course.
